Slow down and restore with Yin Yoga, an all-levels practice focused on stillness and
release. Through passive, long-held poses, Yin gently stretches the body, supports joint health and cultivates deep relaxation. Using props for comfort and support, this practice balances the busyness of everyday life and complements more active styles of movement like Vinyasa. Expect to leave feeling calm, refreshed and more at ease.

Join us for an energizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines dynamic, full-body bodyweight movements with timed intervals of effort and recovery. This fast-paced session is designed to challenge your strength, elevate your heart rate, and build cardiovascular endurance while improving power, agility, and overall conditioning. Expect a mix of cardio bursts, strength-based exercises, and core work that will push you to move with intention and leave you feeling strong and accomplished. All movements are scalable, making this workout accessible for all fitness levels while still delivering an effective, sweat-driven challenge. Strength classes at Modern Minds combine functional movement, weighted resistance training and purposeful cardio. These classes build strength and endurance to support everyday movement, with space for breath, recovery and growth.

This introductory strength and conditioning class helps you build a strong foundation, no prior experience required. You’ll learn proper movement patterns, basic strength exercises and conditioning principles that support everyday life and long-term fitness.
 
Each class emphasizes safe technique, controlled strength training and low-impact
conditioning to improve strength, endurance, mobility and confidence in the gym. Expect clear instruction, thoughtful progressions and an encouraging environment where questions are always welcome.
 
Ideal for beginners or anyone returning to exercise, this class helps you move better, feelstronger and build momentum at your own pace.

This is a one-hour all-levels class that includes dynamic warm-up, functional strength training, and scalable cardio intervals, followed by a short breathwork and muscle relaxation to ground your energy and set your intention for the day.
 
Anyone who participates in this calls is welcome to take part in a guided group cold plunge.

Heart-Healthy Essentials

This ingredient-focused nutrition class explores heart health through simple, everyday fuel choices. We’ll spotlight mixed nuts and other heart-supportive ingredients, discussing how healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants support long-term cardiovascular health. While food will be included, the focus of the class is nutrition education rather than cooking instruction. You’ll learn how to identify key ingredients, understand their evidence-based health benefits and apply simple, practical strategies to everyday meals without complicated recipes or prep. The goal is to build nutritional knowledge you can carry forward with confidence.
